Kasib Powell (born March 18, 1981) is an American professional basketball coach and former player currently working as an assistant coach for the Golden State Valkyries in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). Because of a depleted roster due to various injuries, the Miami Heat signed Powell to a ten-day contract in March 2008. He got his first NBA career starting lineup on March 27, 2008. On April 3, 2008, the Heat decided against signing him to a second ten-day contract, however, he was re-signed by the Heat 5 days later for the remainder of the season.
In 2009, Powell signed with Trikala 2000. Trikala inks former NBDL MVP Kasib Powell.
In October 2010, Powell signed with Hapoel Holon in Israel.
In October 2011, Powell signed with Fortress Körmend, a Hungarian basketball team.
On July 16, 2024, Powell became a player development coach for the Miami Heat.
On March 27, 2025, Powell was announced as an assistant coach for the Golden State Valkyries.
